Manaia's learning journey

Kia ora, My name is Manaia I an 13 years old, I am also a girl and I am from a small suburb  called Manurewa, it is located in New Zealand, I am from a small family, I have a brother whose named is Hawaiki, and he is 9 years of age, my dads name is Hoori and he is 45 years of age, and my mums name is Sheree she is 41 years of age,I also have a dog named Pumba who is 5 years of age, I go to Finlayson park school, which is located in Auckland, at school my favourite subject in school is sports, our class is different to other classes at my school because we have a laugh all the time, my friends and I like to play volley ball in our free time, my favourite thing is my phone because I can do a lot of different thing such as, watch netflix, play games and even text and ring my friends.

For my theme park ride I am working together with Brooklyn to make a fun theme park ride. For our theme park ride we thought that we could create a water slide that looks like a volcano and it is going to be called a volcanic water slide.We are going to be working on our project for the next few weeks and hopefully get it done .

This term our focus is around engineering, and each week we create different types of  things such as theme park ride, boats, and rockets This is both mine and Brooklyn's boat that we have been working on since the start of the week and it is nearly finished all we need to do is to make it better {lookwise}
